Von Maur - The Shoppes at College Hills [Sales Associate / Team Member] As a Cosmetics Sales Associate at Von Maur, you'll:
Sell at or above sales goals, achieve average unit sale and items per transaction goal, and maintain account solicitation goals;
Develop and maintain a listing of customers through the Cosmetic Follow-Up Program;
Recommend cosmetic consultations to customers/fulfill requests for consultations;
Apply cosmetic products on customers faces, necks, hands, or wrists;
Demonstrate how to apply the cosmetics and provide product knowledge;
Clean and maintain the department and stock areas.
