Position Overview:

TQL is seeking motivated, high-performing individuals for our Fast Track Sales Development Program. We will pay for your relocation to Cincinnati, Ohio, to train with top brokers. After training and building a book of business, TQL will cover relocation costs to any of our 60+ offices nationwide. Our comprehensive training and mentorship will equip you with skills in sales, logistics, and supply chain management.

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio (relocation paid)

Responsibilities:

• Partner with a successful freight broker for 26 weeks
• Make calls and build relationships to grow your book of business
• Close deals with new and existing customers
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Manage shipments and resolve issues for timely delivery
• Communicate proactively and honestly both internally and externally
