- Prospecting and qualifying leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
- Conducting on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility services
- Developing tailored proposals and closing multi-year service agreements
- Maintaining accurate client information and activity in CRM
- Achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Collaborating with service and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
- 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, or related sectors
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets and managing full sales cycles
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching and feedback
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
This role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with total compensation ranging from $56,000 to $70,000 annually.
