• Monitor and manage communications for the location, including dispatching security-related personnel to incidents and/or areas as needed.
• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, assisting visitors, employees, and contractors as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with on-site teams and emergency responders when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all incidents, dispatches, and communications in accordance with company and client requirements.
• Conduct regular checks of security-related systems and communication equipment to confirm operational status.
• Assist in helping to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity by monitoring surveillance systems and reporting concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment at the location, adapting to changing needs and priorities as directed.

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
