CDL-A Truck Driver – Trainee Program (No Experience Required)
Earn While You Train – Get Hired After 6 Weeks!
TRAINING PHASE- First 6 Weeks With Trainer
- Pay: $650/week guaranteed during training
- Upon completion, you transition into a full-time CDL-A Driver position.
- Average Weekly Earnings: $1,000/week
- Weekly Mileage: 1,700–2,000 miles
- Equipment: Dry Van
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks
- Shift: Day & Night shifts
- Weekends: Weekend work required
- Holiday Expectations: Plan holiday home time in advance
- Operating Area: Eastern U.S.
- Main lanes from IN, IL to the Southeast U.S.
- Favorable Lane Info:
- Eastern region only —
no Western states
- Eastern region only —
- Unfavorable Lane Info:
- Winter weather in northern areas
- Trainees welcome — No experience required
- Must have a clean MVR
- No SAP
- Must pass a hair follicle drug test
