Job DescriptionGathers, reviews, and interprets data, preparing reports and converting raw data into easily accessible formats.
- Retrieves, collects, reviews, and interprets data requests from faculty and staff.
- Creates and prepares reports, including data retrievals from different data sources.
- Produces graphs, charts, and other documents.
- Updates and maintains data and databases.
- Meets with various entities to realize new processes for data collection.
- Formulates techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data.
- Ensures secure storage of data.
- Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position.
Required
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.
AND: 12 months of data collection, data entry, or related experience.
Skills- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Ability to accurately read and understand written materials and instructions.
- Proficient navigating and maintaining databases.
- Detail oriented for accuracy of data and information.
- Ability to produce reports and complete work within deadlines.
- Ability to communicate well and build rapport with students, faculty and staff.
- Sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to engage in repetitive motions.
- May be required to bend, lift, stoop, and carry.
- Standard office environment.
- Regular pressure to meet productivity standards.
