The Department of Geography and Environmental Sustainability is seeking motivated undergraduates to work as an Office Assistant.
Essential Duties- Greet visitors
- Monitoring, preparing, and sharing social media posts
- Designing flyers for classes & colloquia
- Maintaining office inventory
- Tidying up
- Closing DGES office space at end of day
- Maintain copier paper and stapler supplies
- Answer phones and take messages as needed
- Monitoring shared email account
- Distribute mail
- Receive packages
- Support departmental events
- Assist student organizations
- Resume
- Cover Letter
- Class Schedule
- Must be currently enrolled in the Spring 2026 term as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
- Must attach Spring 2026 class schedule.
