Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Clerk to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining accurate records, supporting vehicle inventory processes, and ensuring timely documentation and compliance. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock in new and used vehicle units accurately into the system
  • Process billing for wholesale vehicle transactions
  • Apply for Oklahoma titles and ensure timely processing and delivery
  • Coordinate and maintain vehicle cleaning schedules to prepare units for sale
  • Monitor and review toll violations; resolve discrepancies and ensure proper billing
  • Make follow-up calls to customers and vendors regarding pending title paperwork
  • Maintain organized records of all inventory and related documentation
  • Perform routine audits of inventory to ensure accuracy
  • Support inventory reporting and assist with month-end reconciliation
  • Assist with other administrative and operational duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in automotive, inventory, or administrative roles preferred
  • Familiarity with Oklahoma title applications processes is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
