The ideal Title Clerk will interact with Floorplan Xpress customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. The Title Clerk will assist in managing office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to the field offices across the country.

A Title Clerk will manage the title process including receiving, verifying, and entering inbound titles, perfecting liens on titles, filing and auditing of titles, and other elements of title management. They will enjoy developing strong relationships with current dealers, auctions, other financial institutions and other industry connections. The Title Clerk also will assist team members when needed.

A qualified Title Clerk must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a positive attitude, be service‑oriented and able to resolve customer grievances, and have previous experience with title management.
