This position is being filled through OU's PEAK Temporary Staffing Service.
The estimated end date is 05/15/2025.

Open to an employee who may not want to work 40 hours a week.

Duties
  • Assisting with Undergraduate program delivery
  • Attending & supporting department events
  • Counseling undergraduate students and advising student organizations
  • Working with the Undergraduate Studies Committee Chair on any program needs, changes, edits, etc.
  • Making course edits/changes
  • Package sorting and notification
  • Other duties as assigned
Required
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 12 months of office/clerical experience
Preferred
  • College Degree
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to accurately read and understand written materials and instructions
  • General office skills such as phone, copying, faxing, filing, and handling mail
  • Able to lift 20lbs
Physical working conditions

Ability to engage in repetitive motion and communicate effectively.

Environmental working conditions

Standard office environment.
