Global Operations Center Technician

Location:

Madison, WI (requires relocation assistance).

• Help maintain business continuity across Epic's global campuses by monitoring real‑time alerts, managing access and security systems, and overseeing building operations.
• Identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data, coordinating emergency responses when disruptions such as natural disasters or power outages occur.
• Work closely with internal teams and emergency services to ensure a safe environment and help restore normal operations quickly and effectively.

• Experience in security operations, emergency response, or a related high‑volume field preferred.
• Strong situational awareness and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a high‑pressure, real‑time environment.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
• Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend days.
• COVID‑19 vaccination.
