Position Overview

Level III Neonatologist Opportunity near Oklahoma City. Join our practice in Norman, OK, located 20 miles south of Oklahoma City.

• Group consists of 6 neonatologists with call from home.
• Coverage at Norman Regional Hospital, a 26-bed Level-III NICU with an ADC of 14, and Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City, a 43-bed Level-III NICU with an ADC of 29.
• Services include HFOV and jet ventilators.
• NNP coverage at both hospitals.
• Sub‑specialty support includes pediatric surgery and cardiothoracic surgery at Mercy, and MFM and OB‑ED support at Norman.
• Required participation in QI and process improvement, and involvement in staff development and best‑practice education as well as community outreach and service line enhancement, growth, development, and strategic planning.
• Patient and family‑centered provider with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
