Location: Elementary & Middle schools within Norman Public Schools

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 pm–6:00 pm (Part‑time, no weekends; occasional additional hours may be required).

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting at $17.50 per hour (CDA Master Teacher rate)

Qualifications:

• Current CDA certification / Master Teacher
• Other credentials: CDA, CCP Credential, 12 credit hours in ECE/CD/SA through CECPD, Oklahoma certificate of Mastery, 1050 hours of training and Master Teachers test (must show proof of certificate)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the successful implementation of engaging programs that advance the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children.
• Complete adventurous tasks that ignite a child's sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing/operating clubs that build on the student's interests and talents.
• Provide a caring, family‑oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
