Role: Field Service Engineer

Location: Norman, Oklahoma(on-site)

Pay Range: $45,000 - $68,000 / year depending on experience

Handles installation, configuration, and ongoing support of complex systems and equipment. Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues, implements preventative maintenance, and develops process documentation for reliability and safety. Evaluates system performance, recommends solutions, and may coordinate technical activities across teams. Applies engineering knowledge and proven methods to ensure efficient operations and equipment lifecycle support.

• Provide field service support and remote troubleshooting.
• Verifying / Validating installations, maintenance and operation of all types of control devices and industrial type equipment.
• Integrate with multiple departments utilizing technical knowledge to support equipment lifecycle support programs.

Primaryjobdutiesandresponsibilitiesmayinclude,butarenotlimitedtothefollowing:

• Experience with maintenance repair and troubleshooting of machines and equipment as related to mechanical, electro-mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems either inapracticalorclassroomenvironment
• Basicindustrialcontrol/systems knowledge
• Worked with blueprints, manuals or schematics
• Strongdocumentationskills
• Understandingoflifecyclesupportmethodologies
• Troubleshooting experience
• Basic industrial control/system knowledge or experience.
• Knowledge of PLC(Programmable Logic Controller ) systems preferred
• Roboticsexperiencewould be ideal but not required
