SchedulePart-time; weekdays between classes and weekend and evening events as needed; on-site; mandatory to work all home football games until halftime.
SalaryTargeted salary: $10.00 per hour, based on experience.
Job OverviewAs an employee of the OU Athletic Ticket Office, you will be the front line of the athletic department. You will work with other student workers to assist in the operations of the OU Athletic Ticket Office. You will be assisting customers in purchasing and/or distributing tickets over the phone and/or in person. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively with the public and co-workers.
Students must be willing to work select home sporting events, but it will be mandatory for student workers to work all home football games until halftime.
- Provide customer service through phone, in person, and email avenues
- Ticket sales and order management
- Database management
- Game day event preparation and management
- Complementary ticket management and fulfillment
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Other duties as assigned

Required
Education:
Must be currently enrolled in the Spring 2026 term as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
Must attach Spring 2026 OU class schedule.
Skills- Effective communication skills
- Telephone and basic clerical skills
- Ability to work some nights and weekends
- Basic computer skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Game Day Availability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Technologically proficient, able to pick up ticketing software quickly
