CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Valid Occupational Therapist License in Oklahoma.

CPR/BLS certification (current)

Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates must possess a valid Occupational Therapist License in the state of Oklahoma .
