As a CMA, you will coordinate medication administration and assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort and safety.

We are seeking motivated caregivers who will make a difference in residents’ lives through medication coordination and daily care.

• Assist with medications for all assigned residents
• Provide daily care: personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, meals
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed
• Document tasks: daily shift reports, resident records, negotiated service agreements
• Communicate confidentially with staff: urgent needs for next shift, concerns to Health Care Director
• Manage assigned tasks within scheduled shift

• Perfect attendance bonus – $75 for full‑time (up to $1,950/yr) and $35 for part‑time (up to $910/yr)
• Shift differential – $1+ per hour depending on location and shift
