Job Summary
- Department Financial, Billing and Accounting Coordinator
- Medication Assistance Program Coordinator
- Department Scheduling Coordinator
- Pharmacy Supply Procurement Coordinator
- Onboarding Coordinator
- Pharmacy Department Administrative Support
- Provides departmental clerical support
- Assist pharmacy leadership with personnel management
Education
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED. Prefer education in secretarial skills as provided through trade school or vocational technical program. Prefer course work in Windows based Excel and Word.
Licensure/Certification/Registration/Professional Designation
- Pharmacy Technician permit preferred.
Experience
- Five (5) years of secretarial experience required. Experience with Word and Excel or similar software programs required. Must demonstrate leadership characteristics. Able to coordinate and manage departmental projects. Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting preferred.
