The Children's Recovery Center (CRC) of Oklahoma is seeking an experienced and passionate Consumer Recovery Specialist to join our dedicated team in the Norman area. This position will conduct peer‑reviewed group sessions on various recovery topics, document group activities accurately, and serve as a consistent and positive role model for the consumers entrusted to our care.
Job Type / Salary- Full‑time position
- Consumer Recovery Specialist – $35,547.20 ($17.09/hr) plus shift differentials and benefits
- Senior Consumer Recovery Specialist – $37,627.20 ($18.09/hr) plus shift differentials and benefits
- Must be 21 years of age or older (DHS requirement)

Shift differentials are stacked on top of base pay for evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience- Consumer Recovery Specialist – Associate degree or equivalent (2 years of relevant experience)
- Senior Consumer Recovery Specialist – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4 years of relevant experience)
- Physical examination required; must lift/carry 65 pounds and push/pull up to 25 pounds.
- Annual base salary $35,547.20 – $37,627.20 plus generous benefits

CRC is located in Norman, Oklahoma, serving all 77 counties in the state. As the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) treatment center for youth ages 13‑17, CRC provides community crisis stabilization and residential treatment for substance abuse, co‑occurring mental health, and trauma‑related conditions.

Working Hours & Conditions24/7 coverage is required. Employees may be scheduled for weekends, overtime, and varying hours as business necessity dictates.
