Workday HCM Specialist job at Norman Regional Health System in Norman, OK.
Salary: $92, per year
Requirements- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A strong understanding of HR business processes and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in generating custom reports, including calculated fields, advanced reports, and dashboards. Familiarity with Workday security administration and integration fundamentals is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- 3 to 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Workday HCM configuration and support.
- Experience with various Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, or Benefits is preferred.
- Workday certification(s) in HCM or related modules.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday HCM, covering core HCM and related modules (e.g., Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, Talent, Payroll, Benefits).
- Configure, sustain, and enhance Workday business processes, security, reports, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and implement system enhancements.
- Oversee system releases, regression testing, and impact analysis of Workday updates.
- Troubleshoot system issues, resolve data discrepancies, and uphold overall data integrity.
- Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and end-user training.
- Create advanced Workday reports and dashboards to facilitate business decisions and compliance.
- Provide continuous support and training to HR teams and end-users.
- Work alongside vendors, consultants, and internal teams on system projects and integrations.
- Keep abreast of Workday best practices, new features, and industry developments.

The perfect candidate will possess a solid background in HR Workday technology, have a comprehensive understanding of HR business processes, and will be able to translate organizational needs into scalable Workday solutions.
Compensation/ Benefits
- Hourly pay ranges from $44.57 to $72.79 based on previous work experience.
