Requirements- Experience with processing employee payroll and bonuses; managing benefits, employee relations and culture (discipline, investigations, performance, terminations), recognition and appreciation, new hire orientation, retention and more.
- Experience with collaborating with facility managers to assist with operations concerns.
- Ability to engage w/people from different walks of life and serve as a resource.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be innovative with designing employee programs.
- Assisted Living, LTC, Healthcare or Hospitality industry background preferred.
- Human Resources Information System experience w Paylocity or another system preferred.
