Independent Insurance Claims Adjuster – Norman, Oklahoma
Join Mile High Adjusters Houston as an Independent Insurance Claims Adjuster.
We are looking for a Licensed Claims Adjuster who has handled 100+ claims or is eager to gain experience in high-volume, storm-related claims.
Responsibilities- Investigate and evaluate insurance claims related to property damage.
- Interview claimants, assess damages, and determine coverage.
- Prepare detailed claim reports and recommend settlements.
- Communicate with policyholders, insurance carriers, and contractors.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely closing of claims.
- Licensed Insurance Claims Adjuster (state licensed).
- Minimum 6 months of field work experience or 100+ new claims handled.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage own schedule.
