Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team at our Madison, WI campus. This role focuses on managing complex litigation and providing counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare, and other risk areas. Responsibilities include handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, offering proactive risk mitigation, and representing the company in high‑stakes proceedings. You will also forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with U.S. and international legal frameworks as our business expands globally.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
