As an Operations Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations of Concessions and Premium departments, lead a team of associates, manage client relations, and ensure food quality and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reconcile Not for Profit Group and Subcontractor payouts accurately and timely.
- Track sales performance during events and provide post‑event financial analysis.
- Develop long‑term financial strategies for growth in stadium concessions and catering.
- Monitor budgets for food and beverage operations, including game‑day and event‑specific budgets.
- Work closely with Purchaser to monitor and track invoicing, repair and maintenance, and purchase orders.
- Ensure accurate end‑of‑month inventory completion.
- Supervise operations during events and troubleshoot as needed.
- Execute all menus, promotions, and programs as outlined by the Assistant Director of Operations/Department Head in accordance with Levy standards.
- Complete and process alcohol incident logs to identify recurring issues or trends.
- Oversee completion of all sanitation and safety checklists and audit responsible alcohol safety logs.
- Assist in monthly theoretical reporting.
- Support other properties and departments as demanded by the business.
- Maintain superior food quality for clients, customers, and employees.
- Build excellent relationships with employees, guests, and clients and other departments.
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree preferred.
- Understanding of financial concepts.
- Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge.
- Excellent communication and computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office products.
- Serv Safe Certified preferred.
