Position Summary
The Senior Enrollment Manager is a high-impact leader responsible for driving exceptional performance across an enrollment team while supporting the buildout of a new undergraduate online portfolio. This role requires a seasoned enrollment manager
-someone with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, consistently exceeding conversion goals, and executing with urgency in a metrics-driven environment.
Reporting directly to the VP, Enrollment Services, you will work at an advanced level to develop this new business unit within Enrollment Services as well as directly lead a team of Enrollment Coaches in their day-to-day activities. You will coach, develop, and elevate a team while also supporting the creation of scripts, workflows, communication strategies, and reporting models that enable scalable, predictable enrollment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- High-Performance Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and continuously develop a team of enrollment coaches to consistently exceed engagement, quality, conversion and start targets.
- Set clear expectations and manage to outcomes, through high quality interatctions and consistent activity, with transparent accountability.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, call coaching sessions, QA evaluations, and performance reviews.
- Foster a culture of excellence, ownership, and student-first service – effectively leading your team through changes that move the mission forward.
- Operational Support & Scalability
- Support the development and refinement of scripts, talk tracks, FAQs, email templates, and other key enrollment collateral.
- Assist in designing and optimizing student journey workflows that improve speed-to-engage, conversion, and yield.
- Test and evaluate communication strategies (phone, email, SMS) and provide data-backed recommendations.
- Become a SME in the Undergrad programs, processes, and systems to support collaboration with internal teams and University stakeholders.
- Help build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that give clear visibility into funnel health.
- Data-Driven Execution
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance; identify bottlenecks and elevate actionable insights.
- Partner with leadership on forecasting, goal-setting, and maximizing conversion throughout the funnel.
- Leveraging performance metrics and trends, hold the team to high standards for both behaviors and measurable outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Student Success, CRM/Operations, and Academic leaders to ensure aligned messaging and smooth student experiences.
- Support new program launches by preparing advisors with the right training, resources, and program knowledge.
- Provide meaningful feedback on lead quality, student barriers, and operational improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s preferred. - 3 - 5+ years of enrollment management experience leading teams in a high-performance, metrics-driven environment.
- Proven record of leading a team to consistently meet or exceed enrollment and conversion goals.
- Proven track record of creating solutions to challenges and implementing strategies to successful outcomes.
- Strong writing skills for scripts, email templates, and communication flows.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and reporting dashboards.
- Ability to lead through clarity, urgency, and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
