International Friendships, Inc. (IFI) is a faith-based organization dedicated to building world‑wide friendships through discipleship, evangelism and hospitality. We seek a Ministry Coordinator to grow and sustain international student ministry in Norman, OK.

In this role, you will coordinate campus, church and volunteer outreach, partner with local churches and develop a volunteer team to serve international students during orientation, cultural trips, and discipleship programs.

Flexible full‑time or part‑time. Overtime or weekend work may be required for events and the annual IFI retreat.

Salary range: $25,709–$80,000 per year, based on experience and other factors.

• Campus Ministry
  • Coordinate and participate in cultural activities and trips
  • Extend hospitality—welcome students, provide transportation, orient them to the community
  • Lead or assist outreach activities such as Bible discussion groups and discipleship pairs
• Church Relations
  • Establish new church partnerships
  • Activate church coordinators and facilitate involvement
  • Maintain data of church partners
• Volunteer Coordination
  • Recruit, match, and manage volunteers for activities and major events
  • Support volunteers during outreach and events
  • Maintain volunteer data

• Adherence to IFI’s statement of faith, core values, and policies
• Person of character who extends God’s love globally, mobilizing Christians to communicate the Gospel across cultures

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in mobilizing, training, and ministering to people
• Cross‑cultural ministry experience preferred
