Compensation: RN III salary $83,200.00 ($40.00 hourly) plus overtime @ time and a half. Shift differentials $2.88 hour for hours on evening and night shifts worked only, does not apply for leave used.

Retirement:
Pathfinder 401K with 3 plan choices:
Standard 4.5% we put in 6%;
High 7% we put in 7%;
Customized any amount over 4.5% or 7% – we put in 6% for anything less than 7% and 7% for anything above 7%. You vest 20% each year: 1 year 20% vested; 2 years 40% vested; 3 years 60% vested; 4 years 80% vested; 5 years 100% vested. Longevity bonus: begins after 2 years. First payment in pay period of 2nd anniversary date.
Increases every 2 years: $250.00; at least 4 years less than 6 years $426.00; at least 6 years less than 8 years $626.00; at least 8 years less than 10 years $850.00; at least 10 years less than 12 years $1,062.00; at least 12 years less than 14 years $1,250.00; at least 14 years less than 16 years $1,500.00; at least 16 years less than 18 years $1,688.00;
at least 18 years less than 20 years $1,900.00; at least 20 years $2,000.00. Additional 2 years of service after 20 years adds $200 per 2 years.
Paid time off:
Annual leave: 1-5 years 15 days a year possible 4.62 hours biweekly; 5-10 years 18 days a year possible 5.54 hours biweekly; 10-20 years 20 days a year possible 6.15 hours biweekly; 20 years plus 25 days a year possible 7.69 hours biweekly. Sick leave 15 days a year possible 4.62 hours biweekly. Maximum accruals and payouts: 0-5 years accruals 360 hours payout 240 hours;
5-10 years accruals 784 hours payout 640 hours; 10-20 years accruals 800 hours payout 640 hours; >20 years accruals 840 hours payout 640 hours. Holiday leave 11 holidays accrued yearly available within 6 months after accrual date. Admin Weather leave: essential personnel may work during inclement weather. Accrue up to 8 hours per day or 32 hours total admin leave within 6 months from accrual date.
Military leave with pay: 30 days (240 hours) per federal fiscal year from Oct 1 to Sep 30. Provide military orders as required.
Basic
Purpose:
Positions in this job family provide professional nursing services in various settings. This includes assessments, planning, interventions, evaluations, education, case management, and execution of medical regimes including administering medications and treatments prescribed by authorized individuals.
- Assesses health status of individuals, families, and communities; develops plans and implements appropriate nursing interventions.
- Evaluates and determines health resources necessary to meet individual, family and community health needs.
- Delivers professional nursing care in an assigned unit, clinic, home, or other setting.
- Educates individuals, families, communities, and members of the health care team about disease prevention and health promotion.
- Provides supervision to other professional or paraprofessional personnel; collaborates with other professionals in health care management.
- Delegates tasks as may safely be performed by others, consistent with educational preparation and in accordance with the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
- Assures quality health care through record review, peer review, observation, and assessment of outcomes.
- Performs specialized nursing functions as educationally prepared.
Senior level with more advanced responsibility, direct supervision, complex assignments, and substantial responsibility and independence. Includes coordinating health services, acting for nurse managers, and complex health issues.
Education and ExperienceValid Oklahoma registered nurse license or eNLC license with two years of professional nursing experience in an appropriate field.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and CompetenciesKnowledge of nursing theory, health promotion and disease prevention, nursing management, nutrition, and policies. Ability to develop and implement care plans, provide education, assess patient needs, counsel, supervise, and ensure quality care.
