Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) 7am to 3pm

Base pay range
: $15.00/hr - $17.00/hr

Shift
: 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday

• Provide personal care to residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort, consistent with facility policy.
• Promote and support the greatest possible degree of independence for residents.
• Advise the supervising charge nurse of resident’s status at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Contribute knowledge of resident’s conditions and needs to resident care plans.
• Assist in the implementation of care plans as directed within the parameters of established policy and procedure.
• Observe and report on residents’ conditions, and document observations as required.
• Comply with procedures for safe lifting and/or safe transfer of residents per established policies and procedures.
• Perform moderate to heavy lifting as required.
• Ensure that equipment is clean and functional.
• Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks as may be required to maintain a clean, hazard‑free environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

• State certification as a nursing assistant.
• Complete familiarity with the duties of a certified nursing assistant.
• Highly developed observation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
