Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – 7pm to 7am, Fri‑Sun

Medical Park West Rehabilitation and Skilled Care is seeking CNAs to work 8‑hour night shifts at our Norman, OK facility.

Pay Range: $15.00‑$17.00 per hour (actual pay based on skill and experience).

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care to residents, ensuring safety and comfort in accordance with community policy.
• Promote and support residents’ independence.
• Report residents’ status to the supervising charge nurse at shift start and end.
• Contribute to residents’ care plans with knowledge of their conditions and needs.
• Assist in the implementation of care plans as directed within established policies.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions, documenting observations as required.
• Comply with safe lifting and transfer procedures per policy.
• Perform moderate to heavy lifting as required.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality.
• Execute incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks to keep a clean, hazard‑free environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• State certification as a nursing assistant.
• Familiarity with the duties of a certified nursing assistant.
• Highly developed observation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
