Welcome to our vibrant 36-bed Orthopedic Unit, where we specialize in caring for spinal surgery patients alongside medical patients. Our unit is characterized by:

• 5:1 Patient to Nurse Ratio
• One of Two Inpatient Units dedicated to postoperative spine patients
• Advanced Certification and education-oriented atmosphere
• Dedicated Spine Specialization Program

We offer a personalized orientation process that focuses on equipping you with the skills needed for competent postoperative spine care.

To thrive in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
• Licensure: Must obtain and maintain a current RN license in the hiring state
• Physical Requirements: Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds regularly; prolonged standing and walking required
• Certifications:
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) or completion within 30 days of hire
  • Other unit-specific certifications as required
