Registered Nurse- Care Review Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and highly professional Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team on a contracted basis. This role specifically oversees and approves start of care plans. Must have strong clinical judgment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

This is a contracted PRN Start of Care RN role. You will travel to patients' homes, complete admission assessments, and establish the plan of care so services can be provided. Flexible schedule and paid per visit.

MUST BE WILLING AND ABLE TO TRAVEL THROUGHOUT NORMAN AND THE SURROUNDING SOUTH CENTRAL OKLAHOMA AREA.

• Review and approve Start of Care Plans to ensure compliance with care standards
• Oversee and support best practices in home care delivery
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain a culture of professionalism, compassion, and excellence
• Maintain clear, timely documentation according to state and agency guidelines and filling out appropriate paperwork
• Must be available one weekend a month on a flexible basis
• Travel involved to and from patient residence, responsible for your own transportation

• Current and active RN license
• Home Care, Long-term Care, Or Supervisory Experience Preferred
• Excellent communication both written and verbal, professionalism, and clinical judgment
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible, contracted schedule

• Flexible, contract-based schedule
