NAIT

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Precertified Nurse Aide (NAIT) to join our team in Stillwell, OK. This position is designed for individuals who are in the process of completing their nurse aide certification and are eager to familiarize themselves with our facility, residents, and policies. The NAIT will assist with basic resident care and support daily operations under supervision.

• Pass ice and assist residents with hydration needs.
• Make beds and maintain a clean, comfortable environment for residents.
• Help with meal tickets and assist during meal times as needed.
• Learn and understand the residents’ needs, preferences, and care plans.
• Familiarize yourself with facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Work closely with nursing staff to provide quality care and support.

• Precertified Nurse Aide (NAIT) status or currently enrolled in a nurse aide training program.
• Compassionate and patient with a genuine interest in resident care.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn facility policies.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
