• Restaurant experience preferred

A typical day as a grill cook at Mo' Bettahs is never dull! You will wear many different hats, but your primary responsibilities are to give our customers the best experience possible, and that starts with delicious food. You are responsible for preparing the raw food that will be cooked throughout the day on the grill and all other food needed.

You will serve as a point of contact for all food ingredients to the store management. Mo' Bettahs has a fast-paced environment and requires multitasking and complete tasks promptly with attention to detail and excellent verbal communication.

Because timeliness is such a vital aspect of this job, regular and predictable attendance is required.

• Responsible for regular checks to assure product quality
• Responsible for quality control and food safety procedures, restaurant food safety guidelines
• Follow the Mo' Bettahs recipe book with exactness and precision
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning checklists
• Ensure all equipment is in good working order
• Perform other duties as assigned
