Welcome to Love’s! This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a clean and sanitized work area, processing payments, and ensuring high-quality food service. Training is available for those with no experience.

• General customer service duties including taking customer food orders, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs.
• Balancing a cash register and offering additional sales opportunities to customers.
• Accurately and safely prepare customer orders from various preparation points within the kitchen, such as a sandwich line, fry station, grill station, or other station depending on the restaurant concept.
• Use methods and technologies to ensure proper food safety conditions and deliver a fresh and safe product to customers.
• Cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles may occur.
• Move and lift 25+ pounds; able to work in varying temperatures.
