• Ensure all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas.
• Ensure equipment is clean and operational; report issues to management.
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude towards guests, customers, and co-workers.
• Follow safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Secure company assets.

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, especially when handling hazardous chemicals.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
