Closing Team

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining room, kitchen and work areas
• Complete nightly cleaning and sanitation procedures according to company standards
• Restock inventory, supplies, sauces, and packaging for the next day
• Assist with dishwashing, trash removal, and equipment cleaning
• Help complete closing checklists and ensure tasks are finished before leaving
• Take ownership over deep cleaning of restaurant floors in the front and back of house
