- Provide support and membership engagement for Sooner Club and Varsity O members, handling email correspondence, telephone communications, and troubleshooting for over 11,000 members.
- Execute daily office operations including opening/closing the office, setting up the parking lot, making outbound calls to members to verify account status, logging call conversations, refilling office supplies, and managing recycling and mail.
- Assist on game days with parking, operational logistics, and tailgate execution.
- Maintain and manage Varsity O email, producing timely communications.
- Support special projects within the Sooner Club and Athletics Department such as donor research, proposal preparation, donor prospect research, stewardship initiatives, Microsoft Excel reporting, and letter‑winner database management.
- Handle donor information with care, discretion, and professionalism.
- Utilize Paciolan, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office programs effectively, including spreadsheet creation and analysis.
- Contribute to an inclusive, competitive environment dedicated to developing future leaders in college athletics.
- Demonstrate strong work ethic, professional and ethical conduct, and passion for college athletics and the University of Oklahoma.

Required Education
:
Must be currently enrolled in the Spring 2026 semester at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring is contingent upon verification of current student status.
