- Class Schedule
- Loading and unloading boxes
- Breaking down boxes
- Logging, storing, and organizing donations
- Ordering food from the regional food bank
- Managing upkeep of common areas (cleaning, straightening & organizing)
- Packing donation boxes
- Assist administration and program staff as needed
Must be currently enrolled in the Spring semester 2026 as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
- Attach Spring 2026 class schedule
- Have received and accepted a Federal Work Study award for the Spring 2026 semester
- Ability to lift boxes (5-15 lbs.)
- Ability to communicate effectively with others orally and in writing
- Ability to write legibly
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with staff and volunteers
- Ability to operate a computer using e‑mail, word processing and other applications related to assigned duties
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to organizational change
- Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
- Attention to detail, problem solving, multitasking
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred
- Customer service experience
