- Greet customers to identify vehicle needs and lead them through the sales process, including vehicle selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork.
- Perform high‑quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
- Use the customer relationship management (CRM) tool to track all customer interactions.
- Present customer deal structure and additional finance products.
- Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Complete ongoing training modules to stay abreast of new vehicle products, features and accessories.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
- Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicles.
- Engage in business development, contacting prospects and clients via phone and email.
- Preferred:
Sales or customer service experience - Strong communication skills.
- Strong record of positive customer service results with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre‑employment drug test.
- Valid driver’s license.
