Cavender Subaru, a Cavender Auto Family Dealership, is currently looking for a talented Sales Consultant to join our growing family and help "Make Confidence Happen". Veterans and Military spouses are encouraged to apply!

• $3,000 per month guarantee for the first 90 days

• Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs, and lead them through the sales process including vehicle/car selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles/cars.
• Use customer relationship management (CRM) tool to effectively track all customer interactions.
• Present customer deal structure and additional finance products.
• Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Complete all ongoing training modules to keep abreast new vehicle products, features, accessories, etc.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle.
• Engage in business development, contacting prospects and clients via phone and email.

• Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred.
• Strong communications skills.
• Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude.
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license.
