About the Role What You’ll Be Working On:- Hollow metal doors & frames
- Storefront and aluminum doors
- Automatic operators & access systems
- Emergency service calls, scheduled repairs, and installs
- Hands‑on experience with commercial doors and dock equipment.
- Trustworthiness — customers and teammates rely on your word.
- A service‑first mindset with strong customer communication.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Availability & Customer Commitment:
Must be available to work overtime, on‑call rotations, and weekends as required by customer needs. Our customers’ safety and service requirements come first. - Attendance & Punctuality:
Reliable, on‑time attendance is an essential function of this position. - Pride in Craftsmanship:
Employees are expected to take ownership of their work and consistently provide high‑quality, professional craftsmanship that meets safety standards, manufacturer requirements, and company expectations. - Professional Conduct & Respect:

Pay Range
$35–$55 per hour
, depending on experience and proven skill level. There is no top‑out pay scale here — if you deliver high craftsmanship, you’ll be paid accordingly.
