$35.00/hr - $55.00/hr

• Hollow metal doors & frames
• Storefront and aluminum doors
• Automatic operators & access systems
• Emergency service calls, scheduled repairs, and installs

• Hands‑on experience with commercial doors and dock equipment.
• Trustworthiness — customers and teammates rely on your word.
• A service‑first mindset with strong customer communication.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Availability & Customer Commitment:
  Must be available to work overtime, on‑call rotations, and weekends as required by customer needs. Our customers’ safety and service requirements come first.
• Attendance & Punctuality:
  Reliable, on‑time attendance is an essential function of this position.

Pay Range

$35–$55 per hour
, depending on experience and proven skill level. There is no top‑out pay scale here — if you deliver high craftsmanship, you’ll be paid accordingly.
