Youth Care Specialist P/T @ Shelter, Cleveland County (58924)
Crossroads Youth & Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Youth Care Specialist. This position has multiple shift types available.
Job duties include initial case management services involving the care of children in the Emergency Youth Shelter. Performs related work including crisis intervention, information and referral, as well as coordination of services between agencies.

- Initial case management services involving the care of children in the Emergency Youth Shelter.
- Crisis intervention, information and referral.
- Coordinate services between agencies.
- Paid holidays, sick, and vacation/school breaks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, human relations or related field preferred.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain acceptable liability insurance.
- Computer literacy and accurate typing skills; ability to operate a variety of office equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, problem‑solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Must be able to pass a pre‑employment physical, drug screen and tuberculosis test.
- Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation background check required.
- Must be found to be free from any physical, mental or emotional conditions that would affect the ability to perform essential job functions, unless accommodation can be provided.
- Position may require prolonged sitting, standing, walking, reaching, twisting, turning, kneeling, bending, squatting and stooping; may require lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling up to 50 lbs.
