Credit Control and Risk Manager

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll lead an established credit team while taking ownership of the sales ledger, credit policy and overall credit risk across the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching and developing the credit control team to deliver outstanding performance.
• Driving cash collections and ensuring collection targets are consistently achieved.
• Producing meaningful reporting and insight around cash performance, aged debt and credit risk.
• Managing customer credit limits, exposure and relationships with credit insurers and agencies.
• Maintaining robust credit policies, controls and governance across the sales ledger.
