• Experience using hand and power tools is beneficial
• Assembly or manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential
• Basic electrical or LED wiring knowledge is desirable

Week 1:
Monday to Friday, 7:00am 3:30pm
Week 2:
Monday to Thursday, 11:00am 7:30pm, Friday 7:00am 3:30pm
Alternating weekly shifts

Are you an experienced Assembly Operative, or looking to build your career as an Assembly Operative? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy manufacturing team where your practical skills, attention to detail and positive attitude will be valued. As an Assembly Operative, you’ll work on a variety of exciting projects, assembling high-quality products while developing your skills in a supportive environment.

• Assemble products to a high standard using hand and power tools
• Read and follow technical drawings and work instructions
• Assist with basic LED wiring and electrical assembly
• Carry out quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Work closely with colleagues to meet production deadlines

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
• Basic electrical or LED wiring knowledge
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, flexible and a great team player
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
