You'll be responsible for leading the hygiene team, ensuring exceptional standards are maintained across the site and making sure all food safety, health & safety and company procedures are consistently followed.
This role would suit an experienced Hygiene Supervisor or Hygiene Team Leader from a food manufacturing, FMCG or similar environment who wants to build a long-term career with a company that can genuinely offer progression.
You'll lead, motivate and develop your team, manage hygiene schedules and standards, and work closely with other departments to drive continuous improvement.

- Leading and supervising the hygiene team
- Managing daily hygiene schedules and workloads
- Ensuring excellent hygiene and cleaning standards across the site
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety standards
- Training, supporting and developing members of the team
- Completing hygiene documentation and records
- Working closely with production and other departments
- Driving continuous improvement across the site
- Experience with in hygiene in a food manufacturing, FMCG or similar environment
- Supervisory or Team Leader experience
- Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
- Good leadership and communication skills
- A proactive attitude and desire to develop and progress
