The Role Handle inbound and outbound sales activity for a range of technical products Support product launches and help increase standalone product sales Liaise closely with production, procurement, and suppliers to ensure availability Manage orders, pricing, and stock coordination accurately Build strong relationships with customers through consistent, reliable service Maintain clear admin processes and accurate records
