Sales Executive

ST TALENT are recruiting for a Sales Executive to join a growing business based in Normanton.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and resilient sales professional looking to build a long-term career within a supportive and fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, increasing spend across accounts, and driving revenue growth through proactive outbound sales activity.

Whether your background is in outbound telesales, account management, retention, customer service sales, or business development, we'd like to hear from candidates who enjoy speaking with customers and have a genuine passion for sales.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will:

* Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound calling

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers

* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services

* Prepare and send customer quotations promptly

* Increase customer spend and maximise account potential

* Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities

* Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity

* Work towards individual sales and profitability targets

* Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience in a sales, telesales, account management, retention or customer-facing commercial role

* Confidence making outbound calls and developing new business opportunities

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* A resilient and self-motivated attitude

* Good organisational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to work towards targets in a fast-paced environment

* Competent with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel

What's on Offer?

 * £25,000 basic salary

* Bonus structure with realistic OTE of £30,000

* Full-time permanent position

* Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

* Office-based role in Normanton

* Ongoing training and development
