Sales Team Leader

ST TALENT are recruiting for a Sales Team Leader to join a growing business based in Normanton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional with leadership experience to join a successful and ambitious organisation. Leading a team of 7 Sales Executives, you'll play a key role in driving performance, developing your team and delivering commercial growth.

This is a genuinely hands-on leadership role. You'll lead from the front, support the team in securing new business and growing existing accounts, while maintaining your own sales activity and customer relationships.

As Sales Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating and developing a team of 7 Sales Executives
• Driving new business generation through outbound sales activity
• Coaching team members to maximise sales opportunities and conversion rates
