Monday - Friday, 7am start Pay Rate: £15.96 per hour We're looking for full-time, Class 1 Day Drivers to join us at our site in Normanton. This role is temp to perm for the ideal candidate and will involve the loading / unloading roll cages filled with customer car parts. Our client is a third-party provider of transportation and logistics services that offers a range of services from, Drayage, Global freight forwarding & Full truckload transport.

* What you'll do on a typical day:
Car part deliveries between customer sites, making collections and cage pulling when required. Safely operate your vehicle adhering to business standards. Using a handheld scanner and completing relevant paperwork. Vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with VOSA. What you need to succeed with our client: HGV1 licence, Digital Tachograph Card, Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) . ADR is preferred but not essential.

No more than six penalty points on your licence and no DD, DR, IN or CD endorsements. A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card. Class 1 and multidrop delivery experience. Excellent knowledge of the UK road network. A can-do attitude.
