Dispatch Operative – Immediate Start Bridgwater Competitive Hourly Rate Full-Time | Various Shifts Available (AM, PM & NIGHTS) About the Role An excellent opportunity has become available for a Dispatch Operative to join the busy logistics team in Bridgwater. This is a fast-paced role within a well-established food production environment, ideal for individuals who are reliable, hardworking and enjoy working as part of a team.

As a Dispatch Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring finished products are picked, loaded and dispatched accurately and on time. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, food safety and efficiency while helping to keep the warehouse and dispatch operation running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Picking and preparing customer orders accurately Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently Moving stock throughout the warehouse using manual handling equipment Completing dispatch paperwork and scanning products where required Carrying out quality and stock checks Ensuring products are stored and dispatched in line with company procedures Following food hygiene, health & safety and warehouse regulations at all times Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment Working as part of a team to meet daily dispatch targets What We're Looking For A positive attitude with a strong work ethic Good attention to detail and accuracy Reliable with excellent timekeeping Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment Good communication and teamwork skills Previous warehouse or dispatch experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends where required Benefits Weekly pay Full training provided Ongoing, long-term work opportunities Friendly and supportive team environment Career progression opportunities with a leading food manufacturer Online payslips For more information regarding this role or to discuss other opportunities, please contact our Taunton office and speak to Adam:
